Cookies Policy

How we use cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies to deliver core booking functionality and, with your consent, to measure how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not use advertising cookies. Our own analytics never track you across other sites; the embedded booking system described below is operated by our booking provider and governed by its own privacy and cookie policies.
The cookies we set
- Essential: required to remember your consent choice and to deliver the site without errors. Set without consent because removing them would break the site.
- Analytics (with consent): PostHog (EU region) records anonymised page views and clicks on call/booking buttons after you click “Accept” on the consent banner. No form input, names, addresses, or clinical detail are ever sent to PostHog.
The online booking system
Our contact page embeds our online booking system, provided by Cliniko, so you can book and prepay appointments directly. It loads from Cliniko's own website inside a contained frame, asks for its own cookie consent, and may set cookies belonging to Cliniko and its service providers (including Stripe, which processes prepayments, and Cliniko's support and analytics tools). Your booking details and card information go directly to Cliniko and Stripe — they never pass through this website. See Cliniko's privacy policy for how they handle your information.
Managing cookies
You can revoke analytics consent at any time by clearing the cookie banner choice via your browser's site settings; your next visit will re-prompt for consent. To opt out of all analytics, simply click “Reject” on the banner the next time it appears. Modern browsers also let you block all third-party cookies if you prefer. The booking system's own consent prompt manages its cookies independently.
Updates
This cookie policy was last updated on 12 August 2026, when the embedded Cliniko booking system was added. Any new cookie or category will be added here before being deployed.
